Delicious, gluten free oatmeal cups are topped with berries, and frozen
Remove desired number of cups (usually 2 per serving) from the freezer the night before and place in the refrigerator to thaw.

Warm in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir in a little more milk, if desired.
